All financial transactions on the 99ad platform are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 99ad expressly excludes liability for: (a) indirect, consequential, or incidental loss; (b) loss of profits, winnings, opportunities, or data; (c) interruptions to the 99ad platform caused by factors outside 99ad's reasonable operational control, including but not limited to internet service disruptions, telecommunications failures, or acts of government; (d) errors in the display of game odds or casino game outcomes resulting from known technical anomalies that have been publicly disclosed; and (e) Player decisions made on the basis of third-party betting tips, predictions, or advisory services not operated by 99ad.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall limit or exclude 99ad's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death, or personal injury caused by 99ad's gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
99ad collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference and forms a binding part of these Terms and Conditions. By registering a 99ad account, Players consent to the collection and processing of their personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

99ad reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Player account at any time if 99ad has reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) the Player has breached any provision of this Agreement; (b) the Player is engaging in fraudulent, illegal, or abusive behaviour; (c) the Player's account poses a risk of harm to the integrity of the 99ad platform; (d) continued operation of the account would expose 99ad to regulatory, legal, or reputational risk; or (e) KYC verification has been refused or cannot be completed.
Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting 99ad support at [email protected]. Any Real Money Balance held at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to the Player via their most recently used verified withdrawal method, subject to standard KYC and withdrawal processing procedures. Bonus funds remaining at the time of account closure are forfeited unless otherwise specified.
